On Friday, May 29th, Leola Construction and United Drywall & Contracting hosted its 2nd Annual Builder’s Appreciation Day, bringing together our valued builder partners, industry friends, and team members for a day centered around something that has always been at the foundation of our business: partnership.
At Leola, we know the strongest projects aren’t built by one company alone. They’re built through collaboration, communication, trust, and the relationships developed along the way. Builder’s Appreciation Day was created as an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day demands of construction and simply celebrate the builders and partners who continue to put their trust in Leola.
Throughout the day, we had the opportunity to connect with many of the people we work alongside every day, strengthening long-standing relationships, building new ones, and enjoying some friendly competition along the way.
More Than Business
Our builder partnerships mean more to us than contracts, schedules, and completed projects. They represent years of working together, solving challenges, celebrating wins, and continuing to raise the standard of what we can accomplish together.
That’s why events like Builder’s Appreciation Day are so important to us. They give us an opportunity to say thank you to the builders who choose Leola and to recognize the relationships that have helped shape our company.

Building Relationships While Giving Back
This year’s event once again provided an opportunity to combine our appreciation for our builder partners with our continued support of Rockin’ With The SEALs, an organization dedicated to supporting members of the Special Operations community, veterans, and their families.
Leola Construction is proud of our longstanding relationship with Rockin’ With The SEALs and its founder, Michael “Ziggy” Zeigler. What began through a shared commitment to giving back has grown into a meaningful partnership rooted in community, camaraderie, and supporting those who have served our country.
Bringing our builders together while supporting an organization that means so much to our team made the day even more meaningful.
